About Us
Opened in June 2019, Freedom Bikes is owned and operated by Arsim Sada. Arsim began his career in the bike industry at the age of 14, volunteering at his Uncle's bike shop in Europe. Arsim opened his first bike shop at the age of 20 which he operated for 9 years. Upon moving to Vancouver, Arsim worked at The Bike Doctor, Reckless Bikes and La Bicicletta before founding Freedom Bikes. At Freedom Bikes, you are guaranteed high-quality, well maintained bikes and friendly, knowledgeable service.
RENTAL POLICY
Helmets are required under British Columbia law.
Renters must be at least 19 years old.
Riders must be 16 years of age or older to operate E-Bikes or E-Scooters.
A $100 pre-authorization hold is required for each E-Bike rental.
To rent bikes, you must provide a physical credit card and a physical Identification Card.
All rentals must be returned before closing time; overnight rentals are not permitted.
Rentals returned after closing hours may incur a late fee.
